Cooks Castle offers a delectable gastronomic journey into the world of traditional and contemparary Indian Cuisine in Penrith.

The restaurant is owned and managed by Sandeep singh. Sandeep is a chef with years of professional experience.

Inspired by traditional Indian cookery, Singh uses his years of experience to blend flavours and textures in a uniquely modern way.

Born in Punjab region of India, Sandeep singh was passionate about food right from the beginning. After studying Hotel management, Sandeep started his career with the first five star Hotel in India, “The Imperial New Delhi,” where he developed his culinary skills. After which he moved to the Oberoi hotel group, where he gained several years of valuable experience as a Chef. His career took him to England and Scotland, where he was able to learn about the modern Indian cuisine. Gathering all the experience Sandeep moved to Sydney in 2007 and since than he has been working as head chef to finally bring the Royal taste of India to you.
